As we continue the journey toward our vision, we commit ourselves to valuing the unique talents, insights, and experiences that every coach, client, sponsor, stakeholder, and procurer of coaching brings to the world.

We will reflect on our blind spots and be aware of opportunities for improvement.

When appropriate, we will advocate on behalf of our community in support of the mission and goals of the ICF Global Diversity Council.

These goals include expanding representation for underrepresented communities, investing in education, creating an accessible environment and establishing policies that reinforce equity.
